John Wilson Chairman and Chief Executive With a background in statistics, John began his career as a management trainee with ITT, the former US multinational, |
where he worked on developing complex business systems such as inventory management in a number of different departments before transferring to the main IT department. He then progressed to a systems management role with C E Heath PLC, where he was responsible for successfully designing and developing a London market underwriting system. John was next appointed by C E Heath as a founding director of Datasure (which later became Rebus). He was director of underwriting and responsible for sales, product direction, product development and all aspects of client support. Seeking a new challenge, John was appointed UK managing director of Rendeck, a Dutch software company, where he restored the company to profit and operated in a broader international environment. He left Rendeck in the late 1980’s to found Eurobase Systems, where he is managing director, and has grown the company from nothing to become a leading international IT services company.

Peter Morgan Hare Group Operations Director
Peter joined Eurobase in April 2006 bringing with him experience in the systems integration, |
consultancy, software and services industries, with a particular focus on the Financial Services Sector. He has performed key roles in companies such as Hoskyns, Merrill Lynch, Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young, PLAUT Consulting, Intelligroup Europe and most recently Telehouse Europe. These roles have given Peter board level experience in major consultancies and IT companies and have comprised responsibilities ranging from senior project and programme management, man management of large, skilled teams and business units, business and product development, including start-ups and the building of successful partnerships. As the Group Operations Director of Eurobase, Peter is responsible for the successful planning and delivery of all implementation projects, product development and customer service throughout the growing Insurance and Banking divisions, as well as having a seat on the International board.

Christopher Kirk Group Financial Director and Company Secretary
With a degree in statistics, Chris joined the London audit office of Arthur Andersen & Co in 1977. He qualified as an ACA in 1980. |
During eight years at AA he undertook or led audits of multinational oil, manufacturing and construction companies as well as a variety of insurance, software and other companies. He also took a major role with training and practice development. Chris then joined BOC Group plc, first as deputy manager of their group international audit department, where he conducted audits of the Gases and Healthcare operations around Europe, India and the Far East. Then, after a project role setting up an MBO for a divested operation, he was appointed site controller of a major manufacturing facility in Wisconsin, USA, where he fundamentally improved the costing systems for a major new product line of anaesthesia machines. On his return to the UK as international controller for BOC Healthcare, he played a major role in the (aborted) project to float the global Healthcare division separately from the Gases operations. BOC then appointed Chris as finance director of its medical devices facility in Sweden, where he introduced new systems and restructured the operations to good effect. He became an FCA in 1995. On his second return to the UK he moved to the Distribution division and headed up the finance function at BOC Cargo Services based at London’s Heathrow airport. In 1999, Chris joined Eurobase as Financial Director and Company Secretary.

Edwin Rogers Group HR Director
Following initial training with the Port of London Authority and manufacturing chemists Burroughs Wellcome, Edwin embarked on an IT career with Balfour Beatty designing and implementing systems for the construction industry. |
He moved onto insurance systems development with Lloyd's of London and Banking systems development with merchant bankers William Brandts and Schroders. Then as a Project Manager with US bankers Manufacturers Hannover Trust [MHT], where he was responsible for the implementation and roll-out of a new international banking system. Edwin made a career switch into Human Resources management at MHT where he was responsible for personnel in the Overseas Automation Systems division based in London. He then returned to the Lloyd's market, with Sturge Holdings, where he was responsible for the user procedures development and training for a new Underwriting and Claims management system. Following consultancy assignments in outplacement, recruitment and training, Edwin joined Eurobase in 1993. Initially having quality assurance and account management roles, in 1995 he took on the responsibility for Human Resources, which then lead to his appointment to the Board. Edwin has qualifications and practice experience in psychotherapy, performance coaching and psychometric profiling.
