Business Development Consultant
The role is that of New Business Development Consultant working across an agreed market delivering permanent and contractor recruitment services. You will ensure that business is developed and nurtured from existing and new clients to achieve growth and profit targets. You will work with other Consultants and Account Managers to maximise your daily and weekly activity where necessary and ask for help, guidance, training etc. when needed. You will have a responsibility for your personal daily activity and GP targets.
This role will support the Sales process through the effective development of customisable analytics & dashboards, producing new insight (with guidance from the Head of Pre-Sales), and working closely with
the database team to manage the data-layer, star-schemas and the data-dictionary.
Project Manager - Insurance
A high profile role, managing implementations of our synergy2 (re)insurance policy administration system. synergy2 supports the complete processing requirements of Insurance companies including underwriting, claims, reinsurance and accounting. These projects customise and configure synergy2 and will often involve data migration. The project team sizes are typically 4 – 6 people but could be more, with budgets between £200k -£1M and timescales typically between 4 - 12 months.
Insurance Automation Tester
The Insurance Automation Tester/Test analyst will work closely with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure requirements captured are of high quality and have clear and testable acceptance criteria. They will test systems and software by developing and executing test cases and test scripts in accordance with specific project requirements and to represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Associate Resourcer position is for self-motivated sales driven and target driven individuals who enjoy working in a noisy busy fast-moving sales environment who want to develop their career in IT Recruitment.
