Testing

Technical, functional and psychometric testing will allow clients to identify candidates with the appropriate levels of experience by providing a detailed picture of their technical or functional proficiency. A variety of tests will allow you to customise your approach to each requirement and provide you with the information you need to make the right decisions when employing new staff. This level of service can be used to test your current staff or potential new employees and can be delivered at our offices or yours.

At Eurobase People this service can be utilised for a single hire or built in to our other offerings such as Retained Recruitment, Onsite or MSP.

Training

At Eurobase People we are able to assist our clients by ensuring that their staff are trained correctly in the latest technologies. We are able to do this by working together with our clients and delivering a bespoke training program, either onsite or at our offices. This not only ensures each client has a unique training program specific to their needs, but by also reducing the need and expense of hiring an internal trainer full-time.
